Prompt service, Paul came out same day was very knowledgeable and made a change that helped tremendously. He also had Nick call us and explain things. Nick came out and explained what would work for us. He was very compassionate and wanted to get things fixed for us as soon as possible and guaranteed if it did not work he would make it right.. Nick, technicians and installers all came out and work was completed in a few hours. All workers were very knowledgeable and cleanliness was spot on. Read Less

My service technician, Tyler, was here the day I called for help. Once parts were in, he returned and got everything working properly in less than 90 minutes. The quick response and service is helpful during this summer heat. Reasonably priced Read Less

100% top-tier company! I have ZERO hesitation in telling everyone this is a company that cares about its reputation. Every person I met from this company was on a professional level you would want them to be. Jacob was very informative on what I needed, he was carful to ask all questions that really needed to be answered (he didn’t just say how can I help?) Communication was perfect. Timing was very efficient. From the moment Simon and Jonathan pulled up to do our install I knew this was going to be a job well done! You know when people walk up to your house with stains all over and holes in their clothes and smelling like God knows what and you wonder to yourself did I make a good choice here? That was not the case here these guys were dressed to impress (appearance isn’t everything but it helps) they were both very kind and professional. I seriously could not have asked for a better experience. Nobody is 100% perfect, but these guys hit the mark really close. I literally have no bad things to say about my experience with Nick‘s refrigeration.5stars all the way! Thanks guys! Read Less

Paul came out and serviced our unit after-hours while the A/C company we had been using refused to come until next day. Paul was very professional and had the part needed and the unit back on in no time. We highly recommend Nick’s A/C. Read Less
