It was a total emergency, my old system completely died. My son and everyone else that I know in Thibodaux immediately recommend NICK'S and they were there the next day. 100% top-tier company! I have ZERO hesitation in telling everyone this is a company that cares about its reputation. Every person I met from this company was on a professional level you would want them to be. Jacob was very informative on what I needed, he was carful to ask all questions that really needed to be answered (he didn’t just say how can I help?) Communication was perfect. Timing was very efficient. From the moment Simon and Jonathan pulled up to do our install I knew this was going to be a job well done! You know when people walk up to your house with stains all over and holes in their clothes and smelling like God knows what and you wonder to yourself did I make a good choice here? That was not the case here these guys were dressed to impress (appearance isn’t everything but it helps) they were both very kind and professional. I seriously could not have asked for a better experience. Nobody is 100% perfect, but these guys hit the mark really close.
